Putul Jha is the trustee of Spandan and driving force behind its vision. Her perspective has been shaped by a life deeply engaged with the realities of family, care, responsibility, and growth.

As a homemaker, a wife, and a mother to two adult children, she has long understood that some of the most important forms of learning happen outside conventional classrooms, in the spaces where people build homes, raise children, make decisions, and shape one another’s lives.
